Bilingual Legal Assistant/Claims Specialist
Established Concord plaintiff law firm seeks an individual who is fluent in Spanish.
This position requires excellent communication skills. Prior customer service experience is a plus. The firm provides many leads for the employee. Candidate must be able to sell the prospective client on the merits of the firm, and continued client control throughout the case is necessary. Candidate must be able to negotiate with insurance claims adjusters and lien holders.
Formal legal experience is not required, but helpful. Compensation is very competitive.
