Systems Administrator Position
Scranton Law Firm, a plaintiff litigation law firm in Concord, is looking for a Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking and proactive individual who is able to effectively work with management to meet the continuing needs of our growing company. The Systems person will help network, support and maintain our server which includes managing applications, infrastructure and backups and recovery. The candidate will install, diagnose, repair and maintain all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal server performance and uptime. The individual will troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. This individual should have a strong knowledge in software applications and ability to work independently, maintain a high level of accuracy, exercise good judgment and confidentiality. This person will oversee our telephone system, including voicemail systems and other network appliances. You will conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
